| The author's presentation copy of his history of München-Gladbach (today Mönchengadbach), the native city of Max Stern, and the medieval Gladbach Abbey is inscribed to "Herrn Jul. Stern - Düsseldorf". A letter to Julius Stern from the author and dated M.Gladbach, 1920 is laid in. The endpaper is stamped: Dominion Gallery, and the ms. inscription: XII 71 appears on the half-title. The Collection has only v.1 of this book.
