Typewritten letter from Charles F. Martin of McGill University to Alan Gregg of the Rockefeller Foundation (RF) expressing Martin's deep appreciation of the Foundations' gift . Martin reports that the board of governors accepted the funding, and Gregg should hear from Sir Arthur Currie shortly. Martin has included a newspaper article from the Montreal Gazette to demonstrate the significance of this gift to the city of Montreal.
