Description:
Typewritten letter from Wilder Penfield to Alan Gregg of the Rockefeller Foundation. Penfield writes that he is going abroad and inquires as to whether he and Gregg could meet briefly before his departure. Penfield also writes of his wish to have a copy made of the "statue which stands at the entrance to the Ecole de Medecin in Paris". He inquires as to Gregg's thoughts on this and how he believes it could be achieved.

The statue mentioned by Barrias mentioned by Penfield is titled "La Nature se dévoilant à la Science", or in English, "Nature Unveiling Herself Before Science".
