This is a typewritten facsimile of a telegram from Wilder Penfield to Alan Gregg of the Rockefeller Foundation. In the telegram Dr. Penfield states that he has decided to remain in Montreal and at McGill University. Also, having made that decision, he lets Dr. Gregg know that he will be submitting an application for a grant from the Rockefeller Foundation to assist in the construction of a neurological institute in Montreal. This telegram is dated November 23, 1931.
