Description:
Typewritten letter from Wilder Penfield to Richard M. Pearce of the Rockefeller Foundation. Penfield requests a meeting with Pearce at which he would like to present "a plan for the development of an Institute for Neurological Investigation". Penfield writes that the proposed Institute would remain part of the Royal Victoria Hospital, but its' laboratory would serve as a center for research in neurology, neurosurgery and psychiatry.
