This is a typewritten letter from Wilder Penfield to Edward Archibald. In the letter Penfield suggests the founding of a neurological investigation institution on a large scale. He hopes that the Rockefeller Foundation will be interested in supporting this endeavour. He also informs Archibald that he has sent a notice for a research assistant. This letter is dated January 18, 1929.
