The first two-column chart has the headings “Neuro-Surgical Clinic” and “Neurological Clinic” and outlines the differences/details of each. The next chart appears to outline the details of the General Neurological Out Patient Department’s (O.P.D.) Neuro-Surgical Clinic and Neurological Clinic. Finally, there is a note about aspects of a “Suggested General Conference in O.P.D.” As suggested by the hand written comments on the first page, the document is a draft copy, likely written by Wilder Penfield, and was to be retyped, incorporating the hand-written corrections he had made.
