This is a typewritten letter from Wilder Penfield to George McDonald. In the letter Dr. Penfield states that the remainder of the Penfield Research Fund should go towards the outstanding costs of building the Montreal Neurological Institute. He also asks a question about the institute’s water tax and suggests that an MNI Board of Trustees be established. This letter is from February 7, 1935.
