A typewritten letter from Dr. Wilder Penfield to Professor J.C. Simpson, Secretary of McGill University’s Faculty of Medicine. In the letter Penfield reports transferring $5,000 from the Penfield Research Fund to the Madeleine Ottmann Fund after receiving a statement from a Mr. Bentley. In addition, Penfield notes that there was no budget established for the Department of Nueosurgury for 1932. He inquires about the agreement which had been reached regarding the establishment of a budget. The letter is dated October 29, 1931.
