Typewritten letter from Bernard Berelson, Director of the Behavioral Sciences Programs of the Ford Foundation, to Wilder Penfield. The letter acknowledges the receipt of Penfield's application for research funding. Berelson requests, as per the terms of the mental health program that seven copies of the proposal and an official letter of submission from the sponsoring institution are sent in addition to the original proposal.
