Typewritten letter from Wilder Penfield to Sir E.W. Beatty. Penfield proposes naming the two large public wards of the Montreal Neurological Institute (MNI) after Sir Herbert Holt and J.W. McConnell, as their contributions made building the clinical part of the Institute possible. He writes that this is how London hospitals are often named.
