Wilder Penfield's copy of a typewritten letter on blue stationary from the McGill University Comptroller's Office to C.F. Martin, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine. The comptroller writes to inform Martin about three checks received by the University from A.A. Hodgson. Hodgson wishes the donation to remain anonymous to the public and desires that the fund are only used for the Department of Neurology.
