This is an eight page, handwritten document titled “Ottmann Data.” Written by Wilder Penfield, it consists of a list of all of Dr. Penfield’s dealings with the Ottmann family, beginning in January 1929 with the treatment of William Ottmann, up until December 1935, following Mrs. Ottmann’s significant donations to the Montreal Neurological Institute.
