Typewritten letter from Wilder Penfield to W.R. Chenoweth in response to a proposed layout scheme [presumably of the Montreal Neurological Institute building]. He asserts that there are several radical changes that pertain to entrances, laboratories, and spaces for the fellows that he identifies as needing to be made. Penfield writes that he needs a few more days to consider the scheme and propose alterations.
