This is a typewritten letter from Herbert H. Jasper to Robert S. Morison. In the letter Dr. Jasper states that he has written a report for the Rockefeller Foundation, which he is sending to Dr. Morison, and which concerns the progress of a project on which he is working with Wilder Penfield. The letter is dated February 19, 1953.
