A black and white photograph of Ruth Mary Penfield and Wilder Penfield Jr. smiling at each other. They are holding a doll, sitting together with their arms crossed in a field. There is a white picket fence behind them. The photograph was taken while the Penfields were visiting their friends, Dr. Fordyce B. St. John and his wife Jane, at their family’s property, Willow Lane Farm, in West Berne, New York from August 29 to September 5, 1921. This is the third image on page 51 of the 1919 - 1927 photo album compiled by Wilder Penfield.
