Black and white photograph of Ruth Mary and Wilder Penfield Jr. in a playpen. There appears to be a lifeboat in the background. Helen Kermott Penfield is kneeling next to the playpen and appears to be feeding Ruth Mary something from a some cup. The photograph was believed to have been taken on board the S.S. Olympic en route to New York from Southampton. The photograph is from page 45 of Wilder Penfield's 1919-1927 album.
