The women are (from left to right) were previously identified as Mrs. Mariel Faucett, Mrs. Isabel Morley, Mrs. Helen Kermott Penfield, Mrs. Frances Blanchard, Mrs. Carrie Hammond Binns, and Mrs. Elizabeth Hersey. Helen Penfield is holding Ruth Mary and Wilder Penfield Jr. is the child in the bottom left foreground. The two children in the playpen are unidentified. This is the second photograph from page 25 of the 1919 - 1927 photo album compiled by Wilder Penfield.
