The child on the left is John Rishbeth and the child on the right is Ruth Mary Penfield. Photograph is believed to have been taken at a birthday party thrown for Wilder Penfield II and Donald Blencowe. The photograph is glued to page 23 of Wilder Penfield's 1919-1927 album.
