Seventh page of digitized report reads "MONTREAL NEUROLOGICAL INSTITUTE" below which, there is the McGill University coat of arms stamped in red ink. Underneath the coat of arms is typed "McGill UNIVERSITY twelfth Annual Report 1946-47".

Page 1 of the Annual report (following the above described titled pages) is a letter from J. Preston Robb, Secretary-Registrar, to Dr. Frank Cyril James, Principal and Vice Chancellor of McGill University, in which Robb gives an brief description of the report contents.
