Typewritten letter from Wilder Penfield to Jonathan C. Meakins discussing the proposal to fix over the Field House and build a new wing on to the Montreal Neurological Institute. Penfield writes of preliminary plans and figures drawn up as an estimate by the architect, supplementary funds and how they should be distributed, the plan to accommodate extra beds, enlargement of the E.E.G., and the need for [written] permission to move forward from an official with such authority.
