This is a typewritten letter from Douglas Abbott, Minister of National Defence, to Wilder Penfield. In the letter, Abbott states that he would be delighted to speak at the ceremony marking the transfer of ownership of the Montreal Neurological Institute’s Military Annex from the military to McGill University. He then gives his availability. The letter is dated November 12, 1946.
