Typewritten letter from Bill Stewart to Wilder Penfield. Stewart reports on his responsibilities as head of the neurosurgical unit at both Queen Elizabeth Hospital and emergency neurosurgical unit at Brownsgrove[?]. He describes some of the injuries he has had to treat, and the surgeries he performs most often. He writes that the hospitals are eager to have a permanent neurosurgery services.
