Description:
Typewritten letter from Wilder Penfield to Colin Russel. Penfield writes of the compliments Baker has passed on to him about how Russel is running his service. He also writes in regards to a possible transfer saying Archibald is opposed to it. Penfield suggests that Russel return to Montreal to work at the Montreal Neurological Institute again. He apologizes that his travels to England have been postponed, and express his hope that he will be able to come in July.
