This is a typewritten letter from Lieutenant Colonel C. E. Cross to Wilder Penfield. In the letter, Cross thanks Penfield and other members of their sustaining committee for their support of the No. 1 Neurological Hospital. He also writes that, with Colin Russel and others, he visited Dr. Charles Martin the day before and was given a kind reception and helpful advice. The letter is dated April 1, 1940.
