This is a typewritten letter from Wilder Penfield to Lieutenant Colonel C. E. Cross at the No. 1 Neurological Hospital. In the letter Dr. Penfield mentions previous letters he had received from Cross, including a number of colour photographs. He then discusses replacements and appointments at the Number 1 Neurological Hospital. This letter is dated October 31, 1940.
