This is a typewritten letter from Lieutenant Colonel C. E. Cross at the No. 1 Neurological Hospital to Wilder Penfield. In the letter Lieutenant Colonel Cross thanks Penfield for his generosity in sending the hospital funds and informs him that more financial assistance may needed in a month’s time. This letter is dated November 17, 1940.
