This is a typewritten note from Colonel R.M. Harvie of the Royal Canadian Army Medical Corps to William Vernon Cone. In the note, Harvie indicates that he has enclosed a photograph of the meeting of the Royal Society of British Neurological Surgeons. The photograph was taken at the the Hackwood estate, the site of the No. 1 Neurological Hospital in England. The note is dated February 6, 1945, and Colonel Harvie identifies the photograph as having been taken on Saturday, November 4, 1944.
