Description:
A typewritten memorandum from Dr. James Preston Robb, Acting Registrar of the Montreal Neurological Institute, to Dr. Wilder Penfield. The memorandum concerns unfinished elements or items of the institute’s new Military Annex, referencing the departments responsible for each item’s completion. According to Dr. Preston, the list of unfinished items has been discussed with Major Reid and Captain Bailey of the Royal Canadian Engineers, and with Major Coastes of the Royal Canadian Army Medical Corps. After listing the various items of concern, Dr. Robb writes that he and Miss Eileen Flanagan, the Montreal Neurological Institute’s Nursing Supervisor, believe that the unfinished items could be completed and the Annex opened in a week’s time.
