Description:
This is a two page, typewritten letter from Wilder Penfield to N.R. Anderson (Air Vice Marshal). In the letter Dr. Penfield discusses the possibility of increasing the size and operations of the Montreal Neurological Institute to accommodate wounded soldiers. He goes on to recommend the creation of an air ambulatory service. The letter is dated January 2, 1942.
