Description: A view of a fireplace in the old rectory on the former grounds of Trinity College School in Weston, Ontario (the school was moved to Port Hope, Ontario in 1868). During William Osler's time at the school from 1866 to 1867, the rectory was occupied by William Arthur Johnson, the school's founder. Osler would later refer to Johnson as one of his most influential teachers. This photo was taken in 1940 by William Colgate, who was then living in the rectory.
