Note: Recently renovated for office and residential use, its new name is "Quai de la Commune." The older building, built in 1906 by Marchand and Haskell, sits north on des Souers Grises. John Schofield's addition of a warehouse in 1930 extends to rue de la Commune to make an L-shaped complex.
