Description: The East Ditch Martello Tower at Fort Henry in Kingston, Ontario as seen from Lake Ontario. Gwendolen Marjorie Howard went to Kingston, Ontario several times at the beginning of the twentieth century to visit the Drury family children. The family was headed by Major-General Charles W. Drury, the one-time commander of the Permanent Force artillery at Kingston.
